Key User, SAP MM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative for the business area in functional project decisions.

• Ensure processes align with SAP S/4HANA best practices.

• Assist functional consultants in establishing requirements and business rules.

• Carry out and manage unit, system integration (SIT), and user acceptance (UAT) testing.

• Validate master data loads and assess the quality of master data associated with the MM module.

• Identify potential risks, suggest enhancements, and assist in resolving functional incidents.

• Develop and review operational procedures and functional documentation.

• Provide training for end users and super-users.

• Support Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Key User in the SAP MM (Materials Management) module.

• Involvement in end-to-end SAP implementation or transformation projects, from design (Fit-to-Standard/Blueprint) to Go-Live and Hypercare.

• Participation in at least one SAP S/4HANA project, ideally in an intermediate (Realize) phase, with a focus on delivering integrated testing, data cleansing, user readiness, and process stabilization.

• Comprehensive knowledge of processes such as: Material master data; Procurement; Purchase requisitions and purchase orders; Contracts and agreements; Goods receipt; Inventory management; Physical inventory; Material movements; Valuation and stock control.

• Experience in integrating with FI, CO, SD, PP, and WM/EWM modules.

• Understanding of functionalities and key differences between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA in the MM module.
