Junior/Mid AI Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on the development of high-impact video advertisements for digital platforms (social media, adult/adult-adjacent websites), with a focus on engagement and user acquisition.

• Assist in the editing and post-production phases of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet campaign objectives.

• Work alongside the marketing and creative teams to generate and implement concepts and storyboards.

• Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to enhance the creative output.

• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to video content based on performance metrics and team insights.

• Modify content to suit various formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.

• Keep abreast of developments in AI, short-form video, and digital advertising trends.

• Help ensure that content complies with platform regulations and brand standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in video editing (internships, freelance projects, or personal endeavors are acceptable).

• Basic knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques for short-form content.

• Familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• A keen interest in utilizing AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, comfy UI, etc.) is advantageous.

• An interest in performance marketing and digital advertising.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented, with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• A proactive mindset – we operate quickly and need individuals who excel in execution and speed.

• Passionate about speed, performance, and iteration.

• Humble and eager to learn, open to receiving feedback.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and adult content.
