Junior/Mid AI Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the development of high-impact video advertisements for digital platforms (social media, adult/adult-adjacent sites), with an emphasis on user engagement and acquisition.

• Assist in the editing and post-production processes of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually compelling and align with campaign objectives.

• Work alongside marketing and creative teams to conceive and implement concepts and storyboards.

• Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to elevate creative output.

• Incorporate feedback and refine video content based on performance metrics and team insights.

• Modify content for various formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.

• Keep abreast of trends in AI, short-form video, and digital marketing.

• Assist in ensuring that content adheres to platform policies and brand standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in video editing (including internships, freelance work, or personal projects are welcome).

• Basic knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques for short-form content.

• Familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• A keen interest in utilizing AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, comfy ui, etc.) is advantageous.

• Interest in performance marketing and digital advertising.

• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities (must be fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• A proactive mindset - we are moving rapidly and require individuals who excel in execution and speed.

• Highly focused on speed, performance, and iterative processes.

• Humble and open to learning, as well as receptive to feedback.

• Self-motivated, capable of working independently with a strong sense of accountability.

• Comfortable engaging with uncensored models and adult content.
