Junior/Mid AI Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on the development of high-impact video advertisements for digital platforms (social media, adult/adult-adjacent sites), with an emphasis on engagement and user acquisition.

• Assist in the editing and post-production phases of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually captivating and aligned with campaign objectives.

• Work alongside the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and implement concepts and storyboards.

• Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to elevate creative output.

• Incorporate feedback and refine video content based on performance metrics and team suggestions.

• Modify content to suit various formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.

• Keep abreast of trends in AI, short-form video, and digital advertising.

• Assist in ensuring that content complies with platform policies and brand standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in video editing (internships, freelance work, or personal projects are acceptable).

• Basic knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques for short-form content.

• Familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• A keen interest in the use of AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, comfy ui, etc.) is an advantage.

• Passion for performance marketing and digital advertising.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills (must be fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• Driven by speed, performance, and the desire to iterate.

• Humble and eager to learn, open to constructive feedback.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with strong accountability.

• Comfortable engaging with uncensored models and adult content.
