Junior/Mid AI Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the development of high-impact video advertisements for digital platforms (social media, adult/adult-adjacent sites), with an emphasis on engagement and user acquisition.

• Assist in the editing and post-production processes of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually captivating and aligned with the objectives of the campaign.

• Work together with the marketing and creative teams to create and implement concepts and storyboards.

• Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative technologies to enhance creative outcomes.

• Incorporate feedback and refine video content based on performance metrics and team suggestions.

• Modify content to suit various formats, aspect ratios, and platform specifications.

• Keep abreast of trends in AI, short-form video, and digital advertising.

• Ensure that content complies with platform regulations and brand guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in video editing (including internships, freelance work, or personal projects is acceptable).

• Basic knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and editing techniques for short-form content.

• Familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve.

• A keen interest in utilizing AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, comfy ui, etc.) is advantageous.

• A strong interest in performance marketing and digital advertising.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented, demonstrating ownership and commitment.
