This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage marketing pages on WordPress utilizing Elementor and modular components in Contentful. Create custom CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to enhance functionality beyond the default options provided by the builder. Adjust templates and theme files under supervision to facilitate dynamic rendering, personalization, and conditional content logic.
• Assist in the technical implementation of experiments by applying CSS overrides, JavaScript DOM manipulation, and conditional rendering logic. Prevent layout shifts and flicker issues, verify event tracking accuracy for each variant, and ensure that experiments maintain Core Web Vitals and site stability.
• Help in executing account-based marketing experiences and tailoring audience journeys. Support integrations with ABM platforms (such as tools similar to 6sense), implement dynamic modules based on cookies, query parameters, or audience segmentation logic, and conduct quality assurance for personalized experiences across various browsers and devices.
• Take charge of structured quality assurance prior to launching, which includes responsive validation, form submission testing, link validation, tracking verification, and basic accessibility checks. Perform comprehensive cross-browser testing on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and mobile environments (iOS and Android). Identify and rectify browser-specific CSS and JavaScript inconsistencies.
• Utilize Chrome DevTools extensively to troubleshoot issues related to layout, performance, tracking, JavaScript conflicts, API/network calls, and third-party scripts. Exhibit the capability to isolate root causes rather than merely applying superficial fixes.
• Aid in optimizing page speed and Core Web Vitals. Ensure a semantic HTML structure, manage CSS specificity effectively, reduce unnecessary script loading, and avoid plugin conflicts that could affect performance or stability.
• Collaborate with UX, Growth, SEO, Performance Marketing, and senior engineering stakeholders to ensure web deliverables are in line with campaign timelines, personalization strategies, and revenue-generating initiatives.
• 1–3 years of front-end development experience in a fast-paced SaaS or marketing setting, with a solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience with WordPress and Elementor, including the ability to write custom PHP, CSS, and JS to extend functionality beyond typical page-builder defaults.
• Familiarity with contemporary CMS workflows (like Contentful) and the capability to translate high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences.
• Practical experience with experimentation and MarTech, particularly in supporting A/B testing execution and validating GA4 event tracking or marketing pixels.
• Advanced technical debugging skills using Chrome DevTools to identify performance bottlenecks, along with a methodical approach to structured QA and cross-browser/device testing.
