This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee daily cash positions and reconcile any discrepancies between treasury transactions and statements.
• Supervise and manage exceptions within the Treasury Management System and liaise with relevant banks and the system vendor to address issues.
• Ensure the integrity of data within the Treasury Management System and assist users in resolving payment-related issues.
• Aid in the maintenance and administration of bank accounts across various banking platforms, including user setup and onboarding of new accounts.
• Contribute to the management of global cash position reporting and analysis.
• Process treasury payments as necessary (e.g., debt and interest, FX, M&A, dividends, Interco funding) promptly and accurately.
• Assist with the confirmation of foreign exchange trades.
• Manage the administration of the group’s credit card programs and users.
• Address treasury requests and inquiries through Service Now.
• Handle essential treasury and cash management functions for markets in non-European time zones (Australia, Asia, US West Coast, and European mornings).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, Legal, Company Secretary, and Internal Auditors to provide essential financial information and support.
• Aid in complying with local Philippines SEC security requirements.
• Assist in the creation of ad-hoc treasury reports as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Support treasury projects and system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (C1); additional languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Holder of a recognized bachelor’s degree and/or Treasury Qualification.
• At least 2+ years of experience in treasury or finance, ideally within a large multinational organization.
• Experience managing multicurrency bank accounts.
• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (FIS – Integrity) is preferred but not essential.
• Strong IT and Excel skills.
• Background in banking platforms such as Citibank and/or HSBC is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Accounting Systems (NetSuite preferred but not essential).
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to communicate in a professional and effective manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
