This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee and coordinate the comprehensive intake process for third-party requests, ensuring precise data entry, appropriate routing through governance workflows, and thorough record completeness across tracking systems.
• Maintain and conduct audits on third-party risk assessment records, highlighting outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent data for prompt resolution.
• Assist with annual and on-demand vendor risk audits, supplying documentation and escalating any discrepancies or workflow deficiencies to senior team members.
• Identify avenues for automation and enhancement of third-party intake, request management, and data maintenance, supporting implementation efforts when suitable.
• Monitor workflow adoption and escalation trends to reveal recurring gaps and inefficiencies, translating insights into actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate executive reporting on program operations, risk trends, and maturity metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Keep accurate training records across compliance programs, tracking completion data to identify gaps and ensure timely resolutions.
• Act as a cross-functional point of contact for inquiries regarding compliance tracking, assisting teams in navigating training requirements and reporting processes.
• 0-2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support.
• 0-2 years of experience in third-party risk, vendor management, procurement operations, compliance, audit, or business analysis; experience in a corporate or legal setting is advantageous.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining data accuracy and quality.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and follow up effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with data tracking or vendor management systems is a plus.
