This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee logistics between the site and Abbott in relation to procedural assistance.

• Identify and aid in resolving procedural issues.

• Maintain the Registry at the site.

• Collaborate with the echocardiologist to screen patients, ensuring site personnel possess the necessary skills to assess patient eligibility.

• Reach out to referring physicians to showcase Mitraclip technology and the study findings.

• Organize outreach initiatives for referring physicians, including dinner presentations and courses.

• Assist in creating promotional materials for referring physicians to facilitate patient recruitment.

• Identify opportunities and implement programs to optimize patient screening and the scheduling of procedures.

• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.

• Demonstrate procedural steps to all participating physicians and staff at the sites.

• Conduct in-service training programs for both Cath lab staff and ICU personnel.

• Develop and implement training programs for physicians and staff in the field.

• Convey physician feedback and insights from case observations.

• Create marketing materials in accordance with Abbott policies.

• Review pertinent literature.

• Support special projects and other activities as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Master’s degree is advantageous.

• Proficient in English.

• Strong sales orientation.

• Strong clinical orientation.

• Versatile and capable of influencing various clinician personality types.

• Excellent analytical skills: able to identify and resolve issues and adapt best practices across institutions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and achieving results.

• Well-developed computer skills.

• Ability to work with 2D visualizations to conceptualize mental 3D device positioning.

• Willingness to travel extensively (over 30% of the time).

• BS/BA in life sciences or marketing.

• Experience with products utilized in international cardiology and cardiac surgery.

• Familiarity with echocardiography or other indirect imaging is strongly preferred.
