Junior Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of innovative and captivating social media campaigns

• Generate ideas for social media content categories and creative concepts

• Publish content across all social media platforms

• Manage community engagement on all social media channels

• Supervise editorial schedules and the rollout of content

• Craft creative copy and modify voice/tone as required

• Engage in brainstorming sessions for various campaigns throughout the company

• Handle reporting and analytics

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the social media sector, ideally in an agency setting

• Background in managing social campaigns within the entertainment or television industry

• Proficient in posting across all platforms and understanding best practices for each (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit)

• Capability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines

• Strong skills in copywriting

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication/presentation skills with clients

• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
