Junior SAP Technology Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• SAP migration & transition: You will be accountable for planning, executing, and overseeing SAP migration and transition initiatives to ensure a seamless transition.

• System administration: You will administer and uphold our clients' SAP system landscapes, which includes installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization.

• Hyperscalers: Your primary focus will be managing and enhancing SAP landscapes within the cloud environments of leading hyperscalers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.

• Customer support: Serving as the technical point of contact for our clients, you will assist them in utilizing and optimizing their SAP solutions, including troubleshooting and providing technical support.

• Product development: Aiming to create future-proof solutions, you will actively participate in the development of our managed service products alongside the team and contribute innovative ideas.

• Documentation: To ensure complete transparency, you will create and maintain technical documentation and operational manuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess initial professional experience in SAP administration, preferably in the SAP Basis area.

• You are experienced with SAP Basis and are knowledgeable about one or more common SAP databases. Ideally, you have had initial exposure to SAP BTP or RISE with SAP.

• You have a service-oriented mindset and enjoy engaging with customers and providing technical support.

• To ensure stable system operations for our clients around the clock, you are willing to participate in the on-call rotation as part of the team.

• You are driven to advance topics independently, eager to learn and grow with the team. Open knowledge sharing on an equal footing is as important to you as it is to us.

• You communicate confidently and fluently in both German and English, enabling you to interact easily with our clients and within the team.
