This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and governance of SAP master data.
• Aid in data cleansing, validation, and initiatives aimed at improving data quality.
• Support data migration efforts during SAP implementations or system upgrades, including data preparation, mapping, testing, and validation.
• Work alongside business users to comprehend master data needs and ensure accurate data configuration in SAP.
• Help maintain data integrity throughout logistics and supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, and order processing.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to resolve master data issues.
• Contribute to the documentation of master data processes and governance protocols.
• Participate in testing activities related to master data modifications, such as UAT and data validation.
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance master data workflows.
• 1-2 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management, ERP systems, logistics, supply chain, or data-oriented roles.
• Fundamental understanding of SAP Master Data Management principles.
• Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess the legal right to work there.
• Familiarity with SAP modules like MM, SD, WM/EWM, or QM is advantageous.
• Initial experience with data migration, cleansing, or validation tasks is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with an analytical mindset.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a well-structured and organized manner.
• Eagerness to learn and grow expertise in SAP Master Data Management and governance processes.
• Exposure to S/4HANA is beneficial but not mandatory.
