Junior SAP HCM PY Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Provide application support consulting through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities.

• Deliver technical and functional documentation regarding the issues handled.

• Manage daily personal priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Maintain effective communication and contact channels both internally and externally.

• Understand the overall flows in human resources and the human resources architecture of SA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professionals in Systems, HR, or Business Administration.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.

• PY module or more than 5 years of payroll processing in SAP.

• Experience in configuring and parameterizing the SAP HCM module (desirable).

• Basic knowledge of LSMW, interface development, BAPIs, Batch Input, SAPscripts and Smartforms, ALV reports, and standard reports.

• Knowledge of ABAP, OO, BSP, and Workflow (a plus).

• Advanced English (desirable).

• Proactivity.

• Expectation for development.

• Communication, analytical skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

• Current and future work authorization in Argentina without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada.

• Potential approval of identity, education, employment verifications, and, as applicable, criminal background checks, global watchlists, credit reports, and/or drug tests.
