This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of BDR/SDR, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our leads.
• Implement personalized outreach strategies to effectively introduce our solution to the market.
• Proactively anticipate objections and inquiries, developing focused customer acquisition strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities and pursue innovative methods to create growth channels.
• Keep your own sales pipeline organized and maintained within HubSpot CRM.
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Your contributions and insights into the market are crucial for ongoing team improvement and actively shaping our sales strategy.
• Champion our mission to enhance work–life balance and (mental) health in organizations.
• Thrive in quickly establishing new connections and fostering enduring relationships.
• Possess creativity and strategic thinking skills to enable customized communication with leads.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role (e.g., startup) with B2B product sales experience being advantageous.
• Exhibit flexibility and enthusiasm for contributing to continuous change.
• A collaborative team player who values communication and sees feedback as a vital part of daily operations.
• High motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
• Option to work remotely or from our office in Munich.
