Junior Product Analyst – Projects and Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather requirements and detail new features by translating user and business needs into precise specifications;

• Oversee the squad backlog, actively engaging in demand and queue planning while assisting in removing obstacles;

• Take part in and lead Discovery initiatives, including user interviews and competitor evaluations;

• Be accountable for the specification and refinement of deliverables, ensuring the team understands the "what" and "why";

• Facilitate and actively engage in ceremonies, serving as the primary link between product vision, the business, and the squad;

• Ensure the quality and delivery of genuine value from requests, confirming that features address the end user's needs;

• Assist in defining success metrics for new features and analyze post-launch data to uncover improvement opportunities;

• Collaborate on launch communications by preparing materials and aiding in training internal teams on new features;

• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders (CS, Sales, Marketing), aligning expectations and gathering ongoing feedback;

• Investigate and recommend the adoption of new tools and process enhancements to boost team efficiency;

• Promote the use of new tools and the implementation of AI for productivity, both within the product team and across platforms;

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience collaborating with Product, Technology, or related teams;

• Background in software development projects or digital platforms;

• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum;

• Strong organizational abilities, effective communication, and adept management of multiple priorities;

• A proactive, adaptable, and flexible mindset with a keen eagerness to learn rapidly;

• Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical teams and business sectors;

• Interest in or initial experience with AI applications for productivity or solutions;

• Experience in writing specifications and user stories;

• Involvement in discovery initiatives or user validation activities;

• Familiarity with product management tools (Azure, Jira, Confluence, etc.);
