Data Annotator, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Accurately and consistently annotate data in the required language according to established guidelines.

• Conduct basic research as necessary to ensure precise annotation.

• Offer feedback on observed trends in the annotated data and aid in the ongoing enhancement of the data annotation process.

• Uphold a high level of attention to detail and quality during the annotation process.

• Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability, including a readiness to provide feedback and ask questions.

• Training will be provided after hiring.

• Collaborate closely with RWS Project Managers and client stakeholders through regular video calls to discuss guidelines, quality expectations, and project updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch.

• Exceptional comprehension and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous.

• Reside in one of the following US States: CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MN, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, WI.

• Availability to work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formula usage.

• Good general communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to understand and adhere to instructions.

• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

• Responsible, reliable, and communicative.

• Must successfully complete a client exam and interview with the hiring team as part of the selection process.

• A personal laptop/desktop is required to access RWS systems.
