Junior Monitoring/Automation Analyst, Afternoon

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of robots and automations within the production environment

• Track logs, queues, and schedules

• Detect failures, errors, and interruptions in execution

• Carry out basic remediation actions (restart, reprocess, rerun)

• Document incidents in an ITSM tool

• Escalate issues to the technical team when required

• Ensure adherence to operational SLAs

• Assist with audits and operational controls

• Conduct daily and nightly execution validations

• Implement verification routines during assigned shifts

• Participate in a rotating on-call/shift schedule as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in IT, Engineering, Systems, or related fields

• Experience in system support or monitoring

• Fundamental knowledge of automation / RPA / scripting

• Proficiency in log analysis

• Availability to work remotely during the afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00 (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
