Junior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• This position operates on a fixed schedule from 9am to 5pm IST and is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in India.

• Your workday is organized, your evenings remain free, and you have the flexibility to develop your career while maintaining your routine outside of work.

• You will start by engaging with an established design system and a set of templates for educational materials.

• Your responsibility is to understand the standards, implement them consistently, and cultivate the habit of getting every detail correct.

• You will enhance the material to ensure it is visually clear, engaging, and polished for students.

• Your onboarding will include a comprehensive overview of our design conventions, workflows, and internal systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.

• A keen eye for layout, spacing, alignment, and visual consistency.

• Ability to work comfortably within existing templates and adhere to brand guidelines.

• Strong file management skills and familiarity with general computer navigation.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; no previous work experience is necessary.

• A Windows laptop or desktop that can efficiently run design software.
