Junior DevOps Engineer, Amazon Connect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment workflows.

• Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Amazon Connect, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.).

• Deploy and manage applications in containers using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Monitor system performance and reliability with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.).

• Automate repetitive processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensure system security, compliance, and adherence to best practices in cloud environments.

• Collaborate with development teams to optimize release processes and resolve issues.

• Manage processes related to logging, alerting, and incident response.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles.

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.

• Strong familiarity with AWS cloud services.

• Proficient in scripting/programming languages (Python, Bash, or similar).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred).

• Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture.

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
