Junior Development Architect – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Support the Development Manager in managing the entire project lifecycle, from the initial renovation phases to final delivery.

• Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, identifying risks, and suggesting proactive solutions.

• Facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure seamless execution on-site.

• Create and revise architectural layouts and technical drawings utilizing AutoCAD.

• Ensure accurate and current documentation is maintained throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Observe on-site progress to guarantee that construction adheres to the project's architectural standards.

• Travel across Europe as necessary to provide direct support during critical project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture, including Retail, Workspaces, Education, or Hospitality.

• Ability to succeed in a supportive role, closely collaborating under the guidance of a senior project leader.

• Advanced AutoCAD skills and strong technical drawing capabilities.

• Financial literacy with the capacity to interpret construction budgets and complex spreadsheets.

• A strong sense of interior design and the ability to ensure brand consistency across various spaces.

• A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable working across multiple disciplines.

• Full availability for travel within Europe (and occasionally beyond) as project needs arise.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Knowledge of French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
