Junior CS Analyst – Customer Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical and strategic webinars and live broadcasts on YouTube.

• Facilitate live training sessions for customer groups and ecosystem partners.

• Engage with the audience in real time, addressing operational inquiries regarding the ERP.

• Collaborate on broadcast scripts to guarantee value delivery and alignment with brand messaging.

• Monitor audience metrics with a strategic perspective to drive enhancements and new initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Public speaking: at ease on camera and capable of managing unforeseen events during live broadcasts.

• Practical teaching ability: adept at explaining software processes (e.g., configuring an invoice or setting up an integration) in an easily understandable manner.

• Charisma: foster rapport with store owners, instilling knowledge and trust.

• Agility: respond to chat inquiries in real time and actively interact with the audience.

• Training scripting: skilled at creating a logical instructional structure (Beginning/Middle/End) to ensure viewers remain engaged during the live session.

• Storytelling applied to education: transform technical explanations into an engaging "customer journey."

• Differentials:

• Previous experience in producing video content and delivering live training sessions.

• Background as an instructor, teacher, speaker, or host of video channels.

• Familiarity with streaming tools (e.g., StreamYard, YouTube Studio, etc.).
