Junior Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• As a Junior Brand Designer, you will become part of the brand team, taking responsibility for the daily design production that keeps our brand vibrant and cohesive, while also collaborating on broader creative projects that advance our vision.

• Manage daily design tasks, including layouts, templates, and both digital and print assets.

• Implement the Visma identity, ensuring quality is consistent across all platforms.

• Be versatile: One day you might create sketches for a storyboard, the next you could be partnering with our UX designer on digital interfaces, producing illustrations, or brainstorming the aesthetic for an event.

• Occasionally assist with larger initiatives such as campaigns, events, or photoshoots.

• Work collaboratively with our art director, motion designer, UX designer, marketers, and various teams throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a recent graduate from an art or design school.

• You have a passion for exceptional design.

• You understand design principles, know when to innovate, and maintain high standards while being practical about business needs.

• Proficient in standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

• A genuine interest in AI and a tendency to explore new tools.

• Our team is distributed internationally, so whether you are working from home or a Visma office, you must be disciplined in managing your own schedule and maintaining progress independently.

• We seek an individual with strong motivation who takes ownership of their work and drives it forward.

• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to address whatever a project requires.

• Fluent in English.

• Previous agency experience (internships) is an advantage.
