Junior Analytics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Data Analysis. Analyze client website data and generate reports utilizing Google Sheets, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4), and CRM platforms (including Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).

• Data Issue Analysis. Identify data discrepancies and determine their underlying causes.

• Requirements Gathering. Collaborate with project managers to modify key reports to meet specific client requirements.

• Organization. Keep a comprehensive database of reports to guarantee current documentation.

• Opportunity Spotting. Leverage data analysis to identify optimal opportunities on client pages for A/B testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Google Sheets. Proficient working knowledge is essential.

• English Communication. Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Learning. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a diverse range of client tools.

• Data Literacy. Strong comprehension of data dynamics and meticulous attention to detail.

• Nice to Have

• Analytics & CRM Tools. Familiarity with GA4 and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce is advantageous.

• Experience. Approximately 1 year of experience in analytics is preferable.
