Junior Analytics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• You will act as a detective, examining client web analytics data to enhance our comprehension of their website's performance.

• This is an excellent opportunity for individuals at the beginning of their analytics journey who are eager to learn, reliable, and comfortable working with data and various tools throughout the funnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Data Analysis. Analyze client website data and generate reports utilizing Google Sheets, analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics 4), and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).

• Data Issue Analysis. Identify data discrepancies and determine their root causes.

• Requirements Gathering. Collaborate with project managers to modify key reports to meet specific client requirements.

• Organization. Keep a well-maintained database of reports to ensure that documentation is current.

• Opportunity Spotting. Leverage data analysis to uncover optimal opportunities for A/B testing on client pages.

• Google Sheets. Proficient working knowledge is essential.

• English Communication. Proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Learning. A quick learner capable of adapting to a diverse range of client tools.

• Data Literacy. Strong comprehension of data functionality and a keen attention to detail.

• Analytics & CRM Tools. Familiarity with GA4 and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce is advantageous.

• Experience. Approximately 1 year of experience in analytics is beneficial.
