JDE Solution Architect / CNC Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct the architecture of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to guarantee optimal performance and scalability.

• Install, set up, and maintain CNC components along with software updates.

• Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and execute enhancements.

• Offer technical support for JDE applications, addressing infrastructure-related challenges.

• Collaborate closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure JDE architecture aligns with organizational requirements.

• Manage logs and oversee monitoring activities for CPU, Disk I/O, memory, and databases.

• Leverage extensive technical expertise in ERP systems and Oracle JDE functionalities.

• Recognize improvement opportunities and guide teams towards automation solutions to reduce manual tasks.

• Uphold system security, data integrity, and adherence to best practices.

• Create and sustain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

• Enhance server configurations, database performance, and networking to improve efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years in JD Edwards CNC administration and architecture.

• Comprehensive knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne infrastructure and CNC configuration.

• Experience with end-to-end new installations and upgrades across various platforms.

• Proficiency primarily in Oracle/SQL DB, along with experience in at least one of the following: GoldenGate, JDE Orchestrator, Oracle Linux v7, and Windows server management and networking concepts.

• Experience with Web Logic v12.

• Familiarity with SSO and LDAP integration.

• Knowledge of the AWS platform; certification is a plus.

• Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.

• Proficient in English (Advanced level) and capable of effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
