Java Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Designing, testing, and troubleshooting software applications utilizing Java.

• Identifying and resolving encountered issues.

• Engaging in nearly all phases of the software development life cycle: from analysis and design to implementation, integration testing, and quality assurance.

• Comprehending client requirements, analyzing needs, implementing enhancements, and addressing bugs.

• Delivering adaptable software designs that facilitate the incorporation of change requests promptly.

• Producing documentation, including user guides, technical documents, and design specifications on Confluence.

• Attending daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering.

• 2-5 years of experience in Java web development.

• Strong experience with the Java Spring Boot framework and the Java programming language.

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and REST APIs.

• Proficient experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• A delivery-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Strong testing abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
