Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional technical support to users who speak Italian.

• Provide help through phone calls, emails, and live text chat in Italian.

• Assist users in troubleshooting complex hardware features and operating systems.

• Represent a global technology brand while upholding professional standards and meticulous attention to detail.

• Stay updated on software enhancements and product launches.

• Record every customer interaction accurately in the company CRM system.

• Facilitate effective case management.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams during corporate training and support initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Italian, at a C1/C2 proficiency level.

• Proficient in English, with a minimum B2 level.

• Currently living in Greece or fully willing to relocate before the official start date.

• Possession of an EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.

• Comfortable using modern digital tools.

• Genuine passion for consumer technology.

• Excellent active listening abilities.

• Proactive and solution-focused mindset.

• Prior experience in technical support is advantageous but not required.
