This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through phone, email, and remote VPN access.

• Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, encompassing hardware, software, network, and AV system faults.

• Support, configure, and maintain AV control systems such as Crestron, Extron, and Q-SYS, ensuring seamless operation of meeting rooms and conferencing setups.

• Configure, tune, and troubleshoot audio DSP platforms including Biamp, Shure, Q-SYS, and other enterprise DSP solutions.

• Monitor and maintain customer endpoint estates, which consist of AV endpoints, codecs, controllers, and network-connected devices.

• Uphold the current technology infrastructure to guarantee its reliability, optimization, and suitability for purpose.

• Ensure the resilience, backup, and recovery of the infrastructure.

• Provide a high-quality, business-focused IT and AV support service in accordance with agreed SLAs.

• Safeguard the security of the technology infrastructure, collaborating closely with US and other regional teams.

• Execute the agreed IT strategy and contribute to the fulfillment of goals and objectives aligned with corporate plans.

• Identify and cultivate opportunities for continuous improvement within IT and AV environments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT Engineer/Technician role with familiarity in AV environments.

• Practical experience supporting AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS) and audio DSP platforms (Biamp, Shure, etc.).

• Strong communication skills, able to convey information clearly and effectively across all organizational levels and to varying degrees of technical ability.

• Demonstrated capability to work effectively within defined success measures.

• An analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

• Self-driven and decisive, with adaptability to change and competing priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Audio Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Recognized professional IT or AV certifications (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp Tesira, Shure certifications).

• Familiarity with the O365 suite of applications and tools.

• Experience with WAN technologies such as MPLS and site-to-site VPN.

• Knowledge of SD-WAN, internet breakout, and web-filtering technologies.

• Experience supporting enterprise AV ecosystems, including video conferencing platforms, room scheduling systems, and networked AV devices.
