This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Analyze and comprehend customer needs, including RfPs, and convert them into comprehensive, end-to-end service and solution designs.
• Create effective, innovative, and low-risk solutions for IT managed services tenders encompassing technological, operational, and commercial aspects.
• Prepare cost estimates, service models, and effort assessments for proposed solutions.
• Present and clarify service designs to clients at the decision-making level and assist in contract negotiations with confidence and expertise.
• Design solutions in close partnership with sales teams, partners, and service units to ensure cohesive, high-quality results and contribute to overall success.
• Assist in the development of proposal content, including writing proposal texts and creating presentation materials as part of the bidding process.
• Generate documentation and requirements for Transition & Transformation and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Maintain robust communication with customers and internal teams to ensure goal-oriented project progress and high-quality proposal outcomes.
• Proficient in English and German (minimum C1).
• At least 5 years of experience in both workplace and remote service environments in IT managed services solution design.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Exchange, Active Directory/Azure AD, and client management.
• Experience in designing client virtualization or service desk solutions.
• Background in pre-sales support, service design, and transition project delivery.
• Familiarity with calculation and modeling of managed services/operations.
• Confident in applying ITIL and project management standards (e.g., PMI, Prince2).
• Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
