IT Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of the entire IT function — including personnel, processes, and performance.

• This role is not merely behind the scenes; you will establish strategy at the leadership level while remaining close enough to the operations to resolve critical issues as they arise.

• Your responsibilities will encompass team leadership and management of IT Specialists, oversight of helpdesk and ticket operations, governance of device lifecycle strategy and deployment, client engagement, executive-level communication, and the development of IT strategy, process architecture, and ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or operations, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team management role.

• A proven history of managing helpdesk operations and achieving SLA-driven performance objectives.

• Experience in overseeing device provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management at scale.

• Strong familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk, or similar) and the ability to report on team performance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable presenting to both clients and leadership.

• A demonstrated capacity to coach and develop direct reports.
