IT Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Clarify business needs, align them with system capabilities, and propose technical solutions.

• Proficient in Workday integration, configurations, Workday Studio, Calculated fields, etc.

• Experience in Recruitment, Core HR, and Benefit Administration.

• Skilled in designing and configuring business processes, as well as working with Workday Reports and EIB Loads.

• Translate client requirements into technical language for the development team, while advising clients on resource needs, scope, budgets, and timelines.

• Create use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and organize testing of newly developed or enhanced applications between business and development teams.

• Document modifications and develop troubleshooting guides.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience - Requires comprehensive conceptual and practical expertise in Workday Technology and the HR Domain.

• Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server.

• Capable of resolving complex issues.

• Works autonomously with minimal supervision.

• May lead projects or specific project components within a larger initiative or hold responsibility for ongoing activities or objectives.

• Serves as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
