IT Cybersecurity Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Support the execution of risk assessments, tracking of risks/issues, development of metrics, and projects related to cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance, as well as identity access management.

• Assist in initiatives concerning Third Party Risk Management.

• Aid in projects focused on Vulnerability Management Remediation.

• Contribute to the remediation of vulnerabilities in Medical Devices.

• Provide support for Identity Access Management projects.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma - Required.

• Preferably a Junior or Senior college level student.

• Proficient computer skills - Required.

• Familiarity with software applications such as Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint - Required.

• Capability to enter data into a computer and utilize a calculator, telephone, fax machine, and copier.

• Effective communication skills, both via phone and in person.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Competence in performing basic math functions, manipulating numbers, and accurately processing information.

• Skill in comprehending, explaining, and interpreting policies effectively.

• Visual acuity necessary for locating files in alphabetical order.

• Must be able to travel between various system facilities and off-site locations as required - Required.
