IT Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess the design and efficiency of technology controls.

• Recognize risks and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

• Conduct IT audits and risk evaluations across multiple domains.

• Perform walkthroughs of IT processes and systems to pinpoint key risks, controls, and areas for enhancement.

• Evaluate compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and industry frameworks.

• Engage in cybersecurity assessments and reviews.

• Assist enterprise risk management initiatives by identifying emerging technology and cybersecurity threats.

• Create clear, concise, and thoroughly documented audit workpapers, reports, and presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT auditing, information security, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, or similar fields.

• Proficiency in evaluating technology controls, information security practices, and IT governance processes.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, risk management methodologies, and internal control frameworks.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Healthcare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP).
