IT Analyst – Automation, Internal Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and uphold the internal IT infrastructure (servers and systems)

• Manage virtualized environments (VMware and/or Proxmox)

• Administer Windows and Linux servers (including users, services, permissions, etc.)

• Implement and maintain solutions within the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Desk, Analytics, People)

• Analyze and enhance internal processes through automation

• Create integrations between systems (APIs, webhooks, JSON)

• Develop scripts and automation to minimize manual tasks

• Offer internal technical support

• Investigate and resolve incidents and issues

• Document procedures, environments, and best practices

• Communicate with vendors (in both Portuguese and English)

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure

• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Proxmox)

• Proficiency in Windows Server administration

• Linux server administration experience (Ubuntu/CentOS) via command line

• Fundamental networking understanding (IP addressing, basic routing, VPN, firewall)

• Familiarity with programming logic and automation

• Experience with programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar)

• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON

• Strong problem diagnosis capabilities

• Practical experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) for development and scripting assistance, debugging, code generation, and code review

• Ability to critically assess responses

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline

• Proficient technical English
