iOS Developer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create new functionalities for iOS applications utilizing Swift.

• Support and enhance existing applications developed in Objective-C.

• Engage in technical decision-making and define mobile architecture.

• Implement integrations with REST APIs and corporate services.

• Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of applications.

• Conduct code reviews and advocate for best practices in development.

• Take part in agile ceremonies and assist in delivery planning.

• Identify and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Contribute to the advancement of architecture and user experience.

• Collaborate with Backend, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in developing iOS applications.

• Proficiency in Swift with experience in Objective-C.

• Experience in consuming and integrating REST APIs.

• Familiarity with backends developed using Spring Boot.

• Understanding of mobile application architecture.

• Experience with Git and code review practices.

• Background in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Ability to analyze and resolve performance issues.

• Experience in publishing and maintaining applications in production.

• Desired knowledge includes: SwiftUI, UIKit, MVVM, Clean Architecture, URLSession, Alamofire, Async/Await, Combine, Dependency Injection, and XCTest.

• Familiarity with TestFlight, App Store Connect, Firebase Crashlytics, CI/CD, Cloud Computing, and microservices is an advantage.

• Experience in the financial or insurance sectors, particularly with corporate high-availability applications or scalable architectures, is a plus.

• A sense of ownership, hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, proactivity, and a strong dedication to software quality.
