Invoicing Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy of customer invoices for all clients.

• Enroll international customers in consolidated invoicing, making sure they comprehend the program's intricacies.

• Generate credit transactions for customers involving returns, subsidies, partner credits (insurance rebates), and concessions.

• Certify invoices, payments, and credit memos for customers based in Mexico.

• Address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders regarding invoicing, adjustment transactions, escalations, and statements.

• Adhere to response time SLAs within our ticketing system, guaranteeing that daily and weekly KPIs are achieved, and prioritize customer support and satisfaction.

• Detect and rectify system errors that prevent invoices from being sent automatically.

• Develop custom billing schedules upon request from IF/Sales.

• Meet specialized invoicing requests.

• Upload invoices to portals as necessary.

• Produce customer-facing documentation that addresses frequently asked billing questions.

• Engage in project work aimed at enhancing the overall invoicing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally in an invoicing or billing-focused role.

• Familiarity with Mexico Accounts for invoicing and payments.

• Experience with tax reconciliations.

• Proficient in MS Excel.

• Capability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
