Investigator Grants Manager – Clinical Trial Costing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee Investigator Grant Estimates (IGEs) for clinical trial opportunities.

• Formulate comprehensive study budgets based on protocol requirements, schedules of events, and industry benchmarks.

• Collaborate with proposal teams and stakeholders to devise competitive costing strategies for client proposals.

• Assist with budget revisions, rebids, and grant management activities post-award.

• Evaluate historical study data to enhance cost accuracy and maintain market competitiveness.

• Act as a reliable advisor for grant-related inquiries and budget discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to process enhancements, operational excellence, and innovation within the grants management function.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology industry.

• At least 3 years of practical experience in developing clinical trial budgets and investigator grants.

• Strong financial acumen, with skills in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

• Familiarity with clinical trial cost structures and investigator fee models.

• Proficient in Excel and experienced with grants management systems.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced global setting.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in English communication skills, both written and spoken.
