Inventory Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Conducts physical counts using a handheld computer to verify merchandise and cash in each of the Company stores.

• Alerts the store manager regarding incorrect pricing and removes out-of-date merchandise.

• Records and counts cash, checks, and food stamps in the register, TACC tubes, and safe.

• Confirms money orders, lottery ticket inventory, and bank deposits.

• Checks gasoline inventory by measuring tank levels and inspecting for water contamination.

• Executes various surveys to ensure compliance with operational and financial protocols.

• Maintains safety by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Handles multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Supports team objectives by achieving related outcomes as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory auditing or retail within a convenience store setting required.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no major infractions and current liability car insurance.

• Some overnight travel may be necessary.
