This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Provide consecutive interpretation between Ukrainian and English during live calls

• Preserve meaning, tone, and style while ensuring completeness and accuracy

• Adhere to caller instructions and manage the flow of calls without dominating conversations

• Utilize approved customer service protocols and professional terminology within designated areas

• Deliver precise interpretations, including all pertinent details from each dialogue

• Interpret real-time conversations from Ukrainian to English and vice versa with a high level of accuracy

• Employ correct grammar, syntax, and contextually appropriate register

• Follow call-flow guidance and adhere to confidentiality and procedural requirements

• Use specialized terminology in insurance, legal, and medical fields (both general and forensic)

• Document or tag call outcomes as mandated by internal procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Ukrainian at C1 Advanced level (both oral and written)

• Proficient in English at C1 Advanced level (both oral and written)

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit

• Ability to maintain neutrality and objectivity during sensitive discussions

• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking abilities

• Availability for rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage
