This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Serve as a liaison between freelance interpreters and client interpreting requests.
• Oversee both on-site and online assignments with accuracy, ensuring effective scheduling and transparent communication.
• Proactively seek out, identify, and engage qualified interpreters.
• Create, update, and manage a centralized talent database.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and validate candidates' credentials.
• Negotiate fees and ensure interpreters are well-informed about policies and requirements.
• Function as the main point of contact for freelance interpreters.
• Manage the calendar, allocate shifts, and ensure daily coverage for U.S. clients' needs.
• Track interpreter performance and handle client feedback.
• Must reside in Latin America with a fully remote-ready setup.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (C1/C2 level).
• Academic background in Interpretation, Linguistics, Languages, or a related discipline is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, recruitment, or project management (preferably in Language Services or BPO).
• Demonstrated understanding of the language industry, particularly in providing or coordinating interpretation services.
• Knowledge of U.S. geography and capability to manage various time zones (from EST to PST).
• Proficient in MS Office and management software (including CRMs, ATS, or internal databases).
