• Our team is looking to fill two positions. Each role will contribute to various projects, concentrating on areas such as Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers (CCBHCs), the behavioral health workforce, or addressing tobacco- and cancer-related disparities among individuals facing mental health challenges.
• Responsibilities may encompass, but are not limited to: Meeting Coordination & Support: Organize and schedule meetings and events via Outlook for both internal and external teams. Manage logistics for meetings and events, ensuring proper arrangements for virtual gatherings through Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Facilitate logistics and administrative requirements during virtual meetings, such as screen sharing, breakout rooms, and chat monitoring. Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up, including distributing agendas and meeting materials beforehand and addressing follow-up items afterward.
• Technical Assistance: Aid in the development of technical assistance activities and resources as assigned, including virtual events or resource creation. Support the tracking and monitoring of technical assistance activities as assigned, such as recording attendance, attendee satisfaction, and other metrics necessary for reporting purposes.
• Program Administration: Assist with data entry processes, including inputting candidate information into relevant tracking systems and ensuring records are accurate and current across platforms. Monitor milestone progress throughout the candidate onboarding process, maintaining internal dashboards or trackers and flagging any outstanding items or discrepancies to the supervising team. Prepare, organize, and maintain internal finance-related documentation, including invoice tracking logs, purchase documentation, and budget-related records as assigned.
• Other project-related tasks as assigned.
• Current student (who has completed at least two full-time years of undergraduate study) or a recent graduate (within the last six months) in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Proven organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and strong proofreading capabilities.
• Preferred experience with Zoom, Microsoft Office, and AI note-taking and summarizing tools.
• Desirable experience in public health, social work, health care administration, mental health and substance use services, or related fields.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• All interns receive compensation of $20/hour.
• Remote work opportunities: We invite candidates from all US time zones, with the understanding that some necessary meetings and training sessions will likely take place in US Eastern Time.
