This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Draft, proofread, edit, and finalize proposals with approval from the specialist department

• Ensure that the content of proposals aligns with brand standards and maintains consistency in style, quality, and tone

• Research and implement proposal strategies, structuring essential points into persuasive arguments reinforced by visuals and infographics

• Collaborate with specialist sales teams and marketing managers on campaigns targeting high-level business opportunities

• Oversee multiple projects while adhering to time-sensitive deadlines

• Partner with colleagues and internal clients to set priorities and meet deadlines

• Develop supplementary materials such as agendas, presentations, brochures, packaging, emails, and on-screen presentations

• Coordinate proposal production with the Creative and Production departments

• Perform additional duties as requested

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in the art and auction sector

• Exceptional writing, editing, and business communication abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude

• Proficient project management skills

• Capable of working under tight deadlines while delivering high-quality output

• Ability to operate independently and within a matrixed environment

• Close attention to detail and strong follow-up capabilities

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to create persuasive narratives

• Team-oriented and collaborative, including with remote team members

• Proficient in InDesign is required

• Computer literacy is essential, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

• Prior experience in the art/auction field is crucial

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
