This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a strong sense of ownership over numerous customer relationships.
• Promptly assess and escalate significant findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to the appropriate customers.
• Comprehend the dark and deep web ecosystem; effectively communicate analytical insights to customers.
• Assist customers in interpreting Falcon Intelligence Recon findings while providing subject matter expertise.
• Provide regular written and verbal updates on pertinent findings to customers, aligning with their preferred frequency.
• Serve as a strong advocate for customers within the Intelligence and Engineering teams to enhance the product and ensure that customer feedback, feature requests, and overall satisfaction are acknowledged and addressed.
• Strategize and lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer satisfaction with the CrowdStrike team.
• 3+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, all-source threat intelligence analysis, or intelligence collections.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient understanding of cyber threat intelligence terminology, key concepts, and dark & deep web ecosystems, including actors, forums, and leak sites.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• A customer service mindset and eagerness to assist and resolve issues for customers.
• High level of emotional intelligence and professional presence.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to document technical processes and articulate business concepts in clear language.
• Skill in presenting and explaining technology to individuals with less technical knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must effectively manage time and deliverables for rapid service engagement customers.
• Knowledge of data communication concepts and technologies, particularly in email, networking, and enterprise security.
