• Perform travel risk assessments and threat evaluations to support executive protection initiatives, senior leadership travel, and corporate events.
• Assist with insider threat investigations in collaboration with HR, Legal, IT, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Investigate and research individuals of interest who may present risks to executives, personnel, or organizational assets.
• Create clear and concise intelligence reports, executive briefings, and incident summaries for leadership review.
• Utilize open-source, commercial, and other databases for intelligence gathering, trend analysis, and risk forecasting.
• Partner with the global security operations center for real-time incident monitoring, alerts, and escalation procedures.
• Track geopolitical, criminal, cyber, and reputational threats across various global regions, integrating findings into actionable reports.
• Provide intelligence assistance to Regional Security Managers in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, customizing analysis to fit regional risk profiles and operational requirements.
• Maintain intelligence databases, case files, and records in compliance with legal, regulatory, and privacy standards.
• Contribute to the enhancement of intelligence tradecraft, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and analytical methodologies.
• Support the organization's executive protection program, special events, and global operations by generating actionable intelligence and risk assessments.
• Responsible for conducting travel, threat, and location risk assessments, investigating individuals of interest, and aiding insider threat investigations led by key stakeholders.
• 2-4 years of experience in intelligence analysis, protective intelligence, and threat investigations, with at least 2 years in a corporate or government setting.
• Proven experience in conducting travel risk assessments, threat investigations, and protective intelligence activities.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills, with the capacity to simplify complex information for executive audiences.
• Familiarity with intelligence platforms, investigative databases, social media, and open-source monitoring tools.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
• Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in supporting global or multinational operations.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CTIA, IFCP, etc.) or other intelligence/security credentials from an accredited organization.
• Active member of relevant intelligence and security communities (e.g., ASIS, ATAP, etc.) to remain informed on best practices, emerging threats, and industry standards.
