Integrations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop, support, and maintain dependable and efficient Cerby RPA workflows.

• Monitor, identify, and address incidents related to automation workflows.

• Provide reactive communication from the Technical Support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with Cerby’s engineering team to prioritize enhancements to the RPA system and address customer-facing incidents.

• Analyze user activity and feedback to inform the implementation of new automations and enhancements.

• Author, enhance, and maintain knowledge base articles for both internal and public documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with JavaScript (TypeScript is advantageous) focusing on coding, testing, debugging, and automation methods.

• Familiarity with the technical architecture of web crawlers, including XPath, CSS Selectors, JSON, and API.

• Practical experience working with RESTful APIs.

• Proven experience troubleshooting web technologies (HTML/CSS) utilizing the browser’s developer tools.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Understanding of version control systems, including branching and merging (GitHub).

• Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team across various time zones.

• Strong aptitude for creating code that is easily usable by others.

• Capability to simplify complex processes into straightforward instructions for non-technical users.

• Willingness to be available for on-call shifts.

• Desired: At least 2 years of experience in customer service or similar customer-facing roles.

• Experience with complex SQL queries.

• Knowledge of web crawler technical architecture, including XPath, CSS Selectors, JSON, and API.

• Experience using REST APIs (Postman).

• Understanding of the complexities within a mobile ecosystem, including both iOS & Android operating systems development nuances.

• Proficiency in investigating and retrieving crash logs across multiple mobile platforms (knowledge of Charles, ADB, Xcode).

• Experience within security products or regulatory-intensive industries is a plus.
