Integration Security, Access Governance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Address segregation of duties (SoD) challenges pertaining to technical and service accounts.

• Establish and execute a formal process for Firefighter/Emergency Access, including workflows for requests and approvals.

• Limit and manage access to production environments following least-privilege principles.

• Evaluate and enhance access control mechanisms across ERP integration platforms.

• Work collaboratively with security, compliance, and technical teams to guarantee secure and auditable access management.

• Develop and sustain documentation that is ready for audits regarding access controls and governance processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing technical and service accounts.

• In-depth understanding of segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and remediation.

• Experience in designing Emergency Access / Firefighter processes.

• Familiarity with least-privilege principles and access control for production environments.

• Experience with access governance in ERP integration settings.

• Proficient in creating compliance and security documentation that is audit-ready.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Over 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Access Governance.

• Knowledge of SAP Security or SAP Authorization concepts.

• Experience with access controls on integration platforms.

• Background in regulated or GxP environments.

• Familiarity with audit, compliance, and governance frameworks.
