This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Design, sustain, and improve integrations between OSGT and legacy systems/ERPs.

• Collect and evaluate technical and functional requirements.

• Oversee interfaces and troubleshoot production incidents.

• Examine integration failures, logs, queues, files, and data discrepancies.

• Manage integrations through APIs, web services, messaging, file-based transfers, and databases.

• Conduct debugging and technical analysis in PL/SQL and Oracle databases as needed.

• Assist with integrated testing, user acceptance testing, and production rollouts.

• Record workflows, business rules, mappings, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with business units related to foreign trade, tax/compliance, and technology.

• Suggest enhancements to the performance, stability, and governance of integrations.

• Experience in the development or maintenance of system integrations.

• Familiarity with OSGT / ONESOURCE Global Trade.

• Understanding of integrations with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERPs.

• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle databases for analysis and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of consuming/exposing APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and interface oversight.

• Strong analytical abilities for root-cause analysis and incident resolution.

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and business users.
