Insurance Sales Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Connect with warm, existing customers through both outbound and inbound outreach, focusing on policy renewals and other significant lifecycle events.

• Conduct consultative sales discussions to evaluate customer needs and suggest suitable coverage options.

• Quickly establish rapport and assist customers in making confident decisions through diligent follow-up and effective closing techniques.

• Consistently achieve or surpass sales, retention, and performance objectives.

• Accurately document all activities and pipeline status within agency systems and CRM platforms.

• Ensure full compliance with relevant insurance regulations and internal protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5+ years of demonstrated success in sales, including a proven track record of meeting quotas.

• A strong closer with a competitive, results-oriented approach.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capacity to excel in a high-volume, metrics-driven setting.

• Open to coaching, adaptable, and dedicated to ongoing improvement.

• Active insurance license in good standing (preference for candidates currently licensed).

• Previous experience in insurance sales.

• Experience in financial services, mortgage, banking, inside sales, or customer retention.
