This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducts research, analysis, risk assessment, and provides consultation on the rules, regulations, and sub-regulatory guidance applicable to Insurance Products.

• Addresses challenges of varied scope and complexity, ranging from moderate to substantial.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and acts as a liaison for Humana while drafting, submitting, and negotiating approvals with state and federal regulators for service area expansions and product-specific documentation.

• Aids in the implementation and upkeep of compliant insurance products in partnership with responsible business owners.

• Provides counsel to executives for the development of functional strategies on significant matters.

• Exercises independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues related to job responsibilities and related tasks, operating under minimal supervision.

• Utilizes independent judgment that necessitates the analysis of various factors to determine the optimal course of action.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid programs.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Visio.

• Capability to summarize intricate information and customize communication according to the audience (e.g., contracts, federal, and state regulations).

• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and managing deliverables to meet critical internal and external deadlines.

• Must demonstrate a passion for contributing to an organization that prioritizes continuous improvement in consumer experiences.

• Ability to drive change within a highly matrixed organization by leveraging data and facts to sway decision-makers.

• Experience working with State Agencies (Preferred).

• Familiarity with State and Federal Regulations (Preferred).

• Experience related to Medicare Advantage plan and benefit offerings (Preferred).

• Specific experience with Dual Eligible members and healthcare plans for MA DSNP product offerings (Preferred).

• Knowledge of Humana’s internal policies, procedures, and systems (Preferred).

• Prior experience in project management or product management (Preferred).
