This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all our families.
• Facilitate the flow of information among referring physicians, insurance providers, and our treatment clinics.
• Secure insurance authorizations.
• Investigate, assess, and meticulously document benefits, eligibility, and authorization criteria within our system alongside our Verifications Team.
• Carefully evaluate benefits and eligibility to enable our families to make informed decisions regarding the costs associated with treatment.
• Communicate cost shares, co-payments, and financial responsibilities to our patients and their families.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience with software applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Adobe.
• An investigative, curious, and problem-solving approach.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-driven, task-oriented individual with a robust capacity for multitasking.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
• Personable, warm, empathetic, and professional in both verbal and written communication with team members and those seeking treatment.
